The project “Equipping the Development and Technology Center Križevci” has been approved for funding within the Open call for project proposals “Business Infrastructure Development” financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

Project duration: 18 months, from the 01st of September 2017 until the 28th of February 2019

The overall project objective was to raise the level of competitiveness of Northwestern Croatian business enterprises based on the “smart” specialization of the region, to increase the competences of the local population and to provide the basis for a sustainable economic growth, creation of a positive entrepreneurial climate and employment growth in the Koprivnica-Križevci County area with a focus on creating added value.

Specific objective of the project was the development and improvement of the quality of entrepreneurial business infrastructure in the town of Križevci.

Project activities included equipping of 8 common indoor spaces and the horticultural decoration of outside space in order to improve business infrastructure and attract existing and new entrepreneurs. The long-term goal was to affect the creation of a positive entrepreneurial climate, but also the development of the town of Križevci and creation of new job opportunities.
