FRUIT DAYS OF THE KOPRIVNICA KRIŽEVCI COUNTY

Fruit Days of the Koprivnica Križevci County represents the most significant event dedicated to fruit production in the Koprivnica-Križevci County.

The organizers of the event are the Koprivnica-Križevci County, City of Đurđevac, Croatian Agricultural and Forestry Advisory Service, Association of Fruit and Fruit Producers of Koprivnica Križevci County, Tourist Board of the City of Đurđevac and PORA Regional Development Agency of Koprivnica Križevci County.

The first day of the Fruit Days is dedicated to educating the fruit growers through expert lectures on current topics in modern fruit growing techniques. During the second day of the event, an exhibition and sales section is held where the exhibitors present their fruits and fruit products. Each year, the most beautifully decorated exhibit areas are traditionally selected, and a catalog is created, presenting fruit trees from the Koprivnica-Križevci County. The Fruit Day program is enriched with rich cultural and artistic performances each year.
