CHEC

The project “CHEC – Croatia-Hungary Educational Cooperation” was approved for financing within the First Call for proposal of the Interreg V-A Hungary-Croatia Co-operation Programme 2014-2020.

Lead Beneficiary of the project was Csokonai Vitéz Mihály Calvinist Primary, High school and student dorm from Csurgo.

The project partners were Fran Galović Gymnasium Koprivnica, Pálóczi Horváth Ádám Calvinist Art School and PORA Regional Development Agency of Koprivnica Križevci County.

Project duration was 16 months, from September 1st 2017 until December 31st 2018

Total value of the project: 236.963,45 EUR

EU co-financing rate: 85%

The overall project objective was to improve the skills and knowledge of student’s and professor’s through the mutual exchange of knowledge with colleagues from the cross-border area on four project themes: science, sports, music and dance.

Project activities included common video conferences, competition and events in the field of science, sports, dance and music (Science day, handball tournaments, dance competitions, etc.), and the development of joint program in the field of handball as well as the procurement of necessary equipment.

Expected results after the end of the project were held joint activities such as video conferences, competitions and events from the four mentioned themes as well as creation of a joint program in the field of handball.
