Total value of the project is 110.730,31 EUR. Level of EU funding is 85%.

The main objective of the project is to promote the regions near the border as a unique tourism product by creating prerequisites for establishing a unique cross-border tourist route in the purpose of creating a future tourism cluster.

Project activities involved conducting an interest survey among the stakeholders in tourism sector in the regions near the border regarding their cooperation and creating prerequisites for potential tourism cluster. After completing the interest survey, the results will serve as a starting point for creation of an online database of all tourism stakeholders in the regions near the border and a tourist guide in three languages. During the implementation of the project, several workshops will be organized for the tourist stakeholders from the regions near the border with the objective of exchanging knowledge and experience in tourist promotion and advantages of forming a tourism cluster.

The project will also involve the promotion of the regions near the border as unique tourist destination by joint participation in fairs and study visits in Hungary and Croatia with the objective of exploring the examples of good practices related to clustering in tourism and promotion of tourist routes.
