The project WORTHY HANDS was approved from European Social Fund within the framework of “Education for Entrepreneurship and Crafts” programme.

Lead partner is Kindergarten Tratinčica, Koprivnica.

Project partners are Craft school Koprivnica and PORA Regional Development Agency of Podravina and Prigorje.

The project will last for 12 months, from the 21st July 2015 to the 20th July 2016.

Total value of the project is 286.382,15 HRK, completely funded by EU.

Main objective of the project is entrepreneurial culture promotion and development of the positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and development of entrepreneurial competences of pre-school children and students from craft schools.

Project activities involved establishment of the kindergarten section named “Little entrepreneur” that will deal with silk painting techniques, gypsum items creation and with decoupage technique. Kindergarten educators will be educated on mentioned techniques as well as about basic terms related to entrepreneurship and crafts. Also, it will be purchased IT equipment for kindergarten and it will be organized the children’s entrepreneurship fairs. Through the cooperation with Craft school Koprivnica children will learn about craft occupations and through visits to craftsmen they will be introduced with production and craftsmen’s business.
