COUNTY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF KOPRIVNICA KRIŽEVCI COUNTY 2014-2020

 

The County Development Strategy represents the fundamental strategic planning document of Koprivnica Križevci County for the period 2014-2020 which defines the objectives, priorities and measures for the development of local (regional) governments. The basis for creation of the County Development Strategy is the Law on Regional Development for the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette No. 147/14) which defines objectives and principles of Croatia’s regional development management, planning documents for regional development policies and responsible bodies for regional development management. The County Development Strategy was created in accordance with The Guidelines for the preparation of County Development Strategies, monitoring and evaluation of their implementation.

The main objective of The County Development Strategy is to define directions of Koprivnica Križevci County’s development and objectives, priorities and measures for achieving defined goals with the purpose of equal development of all areas within the county.

The County Development Strategy is made in accordance with the principle of partnership and cooperation of all stakeholders important for development. The County Development Strategy of Koprivnica Križevci County for the period 2014-2020 was adopted on the 14th of December 2016 during the 23th session of Koprivnica Križevci County Assembly.
